This is a pretty sweet little kit. We call it the "Total Body Gym Trainer" because you really can work your entire body with it. It's small enough to be portable too. Take it with you when you travel or stash it in a drawer at the office. The perfect solution to getting in shape with minimal equipment, using your own body weight.

Comes with all the gear you need to do a variety of movements. Stirrups offer plenty of variety themselves, but we wanted our kit to offer more so we added ankle straps. Not only is this a safer way to suspend yourself from your legs, it also forces core engagement, meaning a more comprehensive workout. And, of course, Olympic gym rings make exercises like dips, muscle ups, pull ups, butterflies, and so on possible.

A training belt is also available for use in conjunction with the rings/suspension trainer. It not only helps with muscle ups, the iron cross, and dips, but can double as a sled harness, speed training lead harness, etc.. (Belt is optional, not included.) Whether you are at home, on a business trip, or just vacation, the CFF Total Body Gym Trainer can come with you. As long as you have an overhead bar or beam or a door you're good to go. Put it away in the included, mesh carry bag, and take it with you.
